The Amaranthine vision is to stimulate all five senses aiming to bring back the memories of those who have traveled the popular Mediterranean and North African hot spots in their trips and culinary expeditions and offer authentic flavors to those that have yet to visit and live the experience. For those that were brought up with such stimulus, to bring back the childhood memories of the years of innocence, those unforgettable Sunday gatherings awaiting to taste Nonna’s cooking and the irresistible smells coming out of her kitchen.
